Julian Sambrano
Julian Sambrano | Healing Practitioner | mostlyangelsmarket.com
Julian, a dedicated healing practitioner and the driving force behind Mostly Angels Market, embarked on his journey into the world of healing back in 2010. It all started with a profound encounter with the 5 Elements of Mind, a transformative method that delves into the intricate interplay between the ego's belief systems, the mental mind's assumptions, bodily sensations, emotions, and the soul's knowing. Under the nurturing guidance of Leas Maria, Julian experienced a life-altering session that brought him newfound clarity and liberation. This pivotal moment ignited a passion within him, leading him to devote the next four years to studying under Leas's mentorship.
Following Leas's passing in 2014, Julian inherited her profound work, carrying forward her legacy with dedication and reverence. He continued to deepen his understanding of the 5 Elements of Mind while also expanding his knowledge to include modalities such as the Akashic Records, Energy Healing, Theta Healing, and Cartomancy. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Julian's practice is an ever-evolving journey of growth and refinement.
Julian's approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, tailored to meet each individual exactly where they are on their unique path. Drawing upon the wisdom of various healing modalities, he creates a warm and welcoming space for exploring the complexities of our inner landscape. Through this exploration, individuals uncover the beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and intuitive knowing that shape their experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and paving the way toward inner harmony.

Lily Panyacosit
Lily Panyacosit | Clinical Herbalist & Energy Worker | sanfranciscoherbalist.com
Informed by my journey as a daughter, mother, caregiver, and partner, I found natur(e)-al medicine healing to be at the nexus of life and my passion. Modalities such as herbal medicine and energy healing center, ground and energize me to take on the day and live my life with passion and purpose. And quite frankly, I believe this to be our birthright. I am passionate about empowering you to reclaim your personal health, make wellness the norm, and increase your quality of life.
The teachings I received wove together wisdom, herbs, and traditions from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional European Herbalism, and other traditions, while at the same time, using scientific knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and evidence-based research to further support the use of herbal medicine. I use the above teachings to focus on the person in front of me to provide individualized wellness recommendations.
At Community Well, you will sit with me for 35-45 to discuss your major concern (whether it be a cold, stress, menstrual pain, etc.) in addition to your overall health. I will spend the last 15 minutes making your custom tea or tincture blend. A tincture is concentrated herbal extracts in alcohol. The remaining few minutes will be spent going over how to take the tea or tincture as well as exploring other options for self-care and wellness, through developing routines that integrate movement, meditation, nutrition, and natur(e)-al medicines.
Luis Marroquin
Facilitator & Artist | peacefulwarriorsmenscircle@gmail.com
The Peaceful Warriors: A Healing Circle for Men of Color (Free & In-person)
Luis Marroquin is a facilitator for the Peaceful Warriors Men's Healing Circle. He has been facilitating men's circles for 4 years in East Oakland at Amor Eterno Arte, a Tattoo shop and community space. Luis has also co-facilitated men circles with his mentor and community elder Maestra Teresa Iñiguez-Flores, a curandera based out of San Francisco.
Luis does not consider himself a healer, in the sense that he can heal anyone, as he knows he can only support those who choose to heal themselves. Luis shares his personal healing journey and experiences that are rooted in spirituality to support other men dealing with trauma. He does this by creating a sacred and safe space that allows men to connect to their emotions, identity, and spirit. He believes that healing is a lifelong process of reclaiming the self-identity of what a “man” should be, not the toxic masculinity that has been imposed on men through social and cultural constructs. Healing and self-awareness is a process that requires patience, courage, support, and a lot of self-love.
